Banquet Hall Rental Agreement

This Event Hall Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this day of _, 2025, by and between Kathmandu Curry LLC, referred to as the "Owner" and _, referred to as the "Renter."

1. Event Hall Description The Owner agrees to rent the Kathmandu Banquet Hall located at 5711 Hillcroft St, STE C-6, Houston, TX 77036 (the "Premises") to the Renter for the purpose of hosting __ on the terms outlined below.
2. Rental Date and Time The Premises shall be rented for use on:  Date: _  Time: _ (Start and End times must be specified)
3. Rental Fee The Renter agrees to pay a total rental fee of $__.00 for the use of the Premises, payable as follows:  Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $__.00 (20%) due upon signing this Agreement.  Balance: The remaining balance of $__.00 is due by __.
4. Security Deposit A security deposit of $500.00 is required to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime fees. This deposit will be refunded within 7 after the event, minus any applicable deductions.
5. Permitted Use The Renter agrees to use the Premises solely for the identified purposes. Any unlawful activities or other uses that violate this Agreement, local laws, or the safety of participants will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental.
6. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the Event Hall is 170. Renter agrees not to exceed this occupancy limit.
7. Alcohol and Catering  Alcohol: The Renter is permitted to serve alcohol. If alcohol is served, Renter agrees to obtain all necessary permits and provide licensed servers or rent from the owner.  Catering: The Renter is permitted to bring in third-party catering services. All food must be removed from the premises at the end of the rental period.
